All over the internet, I see many networking opportunities such as BNI, 4th Monday etc. These opportunities are fantastic but as a hired professional I’m looking for others in the same group as me looking for “colleagues” in other companies so we can exchange best practices and as individuals become better at what we do. Where can I find these groups if they do exist?

Learn from your mistakes. How many times have I heard this comment and I am still hearing it? Yes you should learn from it but don’t spend more than 5 minutes on figuring out what you should have done differently.
Spend your time on what you did when it was a success because in doing so, you can repeat or even make it better. Think of “what did I do to right” and do it again and again……. And again………..
In March 2011 I decided to join Toastmasters in our local cooperate club YCC-Express.
Now let me start my saying it’s not a “How to make toasts” we are doing here. It is a great tool for learning how to up in front of a lot of people and start talking. I guess we are all afraid of being in from of a lot of people despite if it is in a work function or making a toast at a wedding.
Toastmasters can be a great way of learning how to overcome this by choosing between 2 paths:
Competent Communicator and Competent leader (Shown below)
Believe me when I say it is very challenging but at the same time very educational because of the level of training and education provided by Toastmasters Concept.

Once again, I’m starting to create a blog with various topics.
This is the first test.
Her i USA er K-Cup kaffe brygning systemet rigtig ved at tage fart. Flere og flere husholdninger (Inklusive vores egen) er begyndt at bruge dette giniale system.
Man indsaetter sin ynglings kaffe og vupti en kop dejlig frisk kaffe uden spild og uden ekstra som man maa smide ud.
Problemet er saa bare disse tomme smaa plastik containere som vi smider i skraldespanden er begyndt at blive et stort miljoe-problem fordi der er saa mange af dem og fordi de tager meget lang tid om at blive nedbrudt.
Folk er saa begyndt at gen-bruge dem 1 eller 2 gange men saa er det ogsaa slut med det og de maa ende i affaldet.
Saa hvis du er frisk paa fingererne og har en tekniker i dig, kan du opfinde et biologisk materiale som er billigt at fremstille og som ikke tager 1000 aar om at nedbryde saa er her en god ide som jeg garanterer for vil oekonomisk sikre dig for evigt men som ogsaa har en stor positiv indvirkning paa vores miljoe.
One bad thing being a green-card holder the inability yo vote in any election. I mean green-card holders can sign up for the military and participate in any war. But not vote which in my book is weird because we contribute to society via taxes and various community service.
Perhaps this should change?
Oh and by the way I can’t be on Jury as well.
